About

A trading house built across three generations.

Royal Global Crossing is the continuation of a family enterprise that began in 1935, when the late Mr. Khushi Muhammad established one of the first brick kilns in Khudiyan Khaas. In 1952, under the leadership of late Mr. Muhammad Hussain, the family business expanded to Cold Storage and Oil trading business.

From 1975 - Present, RGX has thrived under the leadership of Mr. Anwaar Hussain, and the business innovated and begin its midstream and downstream integration journey via buying and building lucrative businesses in Oil & Petroleum open carriage contracting, and trading houses. Finally Mr. Anwaar Hussain pivoted and innovated to diversify and enter the modern age of Industrialization, via establishing an industrial manufacturing facility, and finally moved RGX to its permanent home established at 3–5 M, Gulberg III, Lahore in the year 2000 till present day.

In 1977 the family backed Pakistan's first monofilament (HDPE) yarn venture — Hussain Textiles and PlasText industries — bringing production live in 1982 at 128-QIE (Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat), Lahore. Through every cycle, one activity has never stopped: importing and trading the input raw materials Pakistan's industries depend on.

As of 2026, RGX's assets and businesses are led by Mr. Waleed Ahmad and is managed under OakWal (Asset Management), which deploys long-term capital across private equity, infrastructure, industrial platforms and technology — giving RGX a permanent home for its trading operations, institutional governance, and balance-sheet backbone protection.
